# About the LEGO Ninjago Tournament Fan Remake

Ninja Tournament is an unofficial, clean-room, open-source 3D browser fan project inspired by the discontinued 2015 LEGO Ninjago Tournament mobile arena game.

## What is playable?

The current build includes 51 fighters, elemental combat, Spinjitzu, the Tornado of Creation team ultimate in Free Play, permanent fighter upgrades, half/full-heart pickups, Tournament, Challenge and Dojo modes, and keyboard, gamepad and mobile touch controls.

## What technology is used?

The project is built with TypeScript, Vite and Three.js. Playwright is used for automated browser tests, and Capacitor provides an Android packaging path.

## Is this official?

No. It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LEGO, TT Games, Hellbent Games or other rights holders.

## What does clean-room mean here?

The project does not distribute extracted APK/OBB files, proprietary source code, ripped official models, textures, logos, music, sound effects, animations or other unauthorized assets from the discontinued commercial game.

## Is it open source?

Yes. Original project code and original project materials are released under the MIT License. Third-party trademarks, character names and copyrighted works remain the property of their respective owners and are not granted by that license.
